Every month on Pradosham day there is a Nandi Pooja that happens in the Tiruvanamalai Temple.

Not only is the detailed pooja performed for the big Nandieshwara in the Nandi temple in the main veranda, but also the Nandi Pooja is performed to all the Nandi vigraha's within the Tiruvanamalai temple premises.

All temples across Tiruvanamalai also perform the Nandi Pooja at the same time.

The Nandi pooja happens all across Tamilnadu. This shows the unity of the Tamil people to come together as one to celebrate the festivities on a monthly basis.

This is a very beautiful way to involve and integrate people from all walks of life to collectively engage in the Nandi pooja at the same time on Pradosam every month.

Maybe, this practice should again be revived all across India again.

Sanathana Dharma needs such monthly and weekly events to collectively get all Hindus to integrate and celebrate as a unit again on a regular monthly basis.
